YIELD
25 squares
Ingredients
1.5 tbsp butter
4 cups pre-made granola (low sugar or homemade, if possible)
1/2 bag marshmallows (about 20 large marshmallows)
Directions
Line a 9x9 pan with wax paper or foil and grease the paper/foil.
Preheat a large nonstick pan on medium-low heat, melt the 1.5 tablespoons of butter in the pan.
Add the 20 marshmallows and slowly stir until the marshmallows have melted and remove from the heat.
Stir in the 4 cups of granola. This will be a sticky mess…Just FYI.
Press into the pan with the spatula or a greased piece of foil or wax paper.
Let cool, cut into squares, and store what’s left in an airtight container for up to 2 days. These are best when fresh, however.
